What is Today not Tomorrow?

Today not Tomorrow!
No one likes to think about it but that doesn’t change the fact that we are going to get old, if we are lucky, and if not sooner than later, die!
My question is, why do we spend so much time planning and celebrating coming into this world, birthdays and insuring we mitigate life traps and the unforeseen, and yet give very little thought or preparation to an absolute ‘certainty’ in life, that we will die…?
It doesn’t have to be doom and gloom. In fact, parts can be fun, unique, quite special; even celebratory. The point here is that it can all be made quite simple: a couple of difficult conversations can make this easier, and more shared information can make later life way more comfortable as well as mitigate the stress and unpredictability, and it can save your friends and loved ones a whole lot of unnecessary heartache.
There are many stages in the process that can be overwhelming ranging from dealing with legal matters that have the wrong information to failure of a will due to poor execution or lack of knowledge. Sometimes we can feel unable to cope with our situations or just fear of the unknown prevents you from doing anything, especially getting the support you need or helping loved ones. Our NEW newsletter will cover it all, from Wills, LPA’s (lasting power of attorney) and Probate to feeling confident in other legal matters and within health care settings. We will be talking about struggles, blocks and offering practical and emotional support as well as providing information on tax, how to tackle difficult conversations and how to facilitate later life planning to the end game and beyond for you, for your family and loved ones.
